 | Darren Milliken Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary Darren Milliken is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Accuray. Milliken joined Accuray in 2004 and boasts decades of experience in electronics, manufacturing, software and technology companies, working in executive positions at both Sanmina-SCI Corporation, a publicly held global electronics manufacturing services company and Voyan Technology, a privately-held company that delivers signal processing and equipment control solutions. In 2011, Milliken was named “Best General Counsel, Small Public Company” by the Silicon Valley Business Journal for his work at Accuray. Earlier in his career, Milliken was an associate at the law firm of Blakely Sokoloff Taylor & Zafman LLP. Milliken holds a B.A. in Physics from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. |
